Insurance is necessary for covering services such as hospitalizations, emergency room visits, specialist care, and other treatments outside of our office.
Yes. To maintain the highest level of personalized care, we are limiting our patient base to a maximum of 150 members. In comparison, traditional primary care practices often manage panels of 3,000 or more patients. This smaller patient panel ensures that each member receives the time, attention, and quality care they deserve.
The cost of membership is $150 per month. This investment provides you with direct access to your physician, longer and more personalized appointments, same-day or next-day scheduling, comprehensive wellness planning, and proactive care focused on your long-term health. By limiting the number of patients we serve, we’re able to deliver a higher level of attention, accessibility, and individualized support that goes far beyond traditional primary care.

Yes. Telemedicine visits are always available for our concierge members, providing convenient, direct access to care when in-person appointments aren’t necessary.
Yes. A provider will always be available to our concierge members within a reasonable timeframe, even outside of regular office hours. Your health and peace of mind are our top priorities.
Scheduling is simple and flexible. Members can call, text, or email us directly to request same-day or next-day appointments. We prioritize your time and make access to care easy and convenient.
If you need specialized care outside of our office, Dr. Kapur will personally coordinate referrals to trusted specialists and work closely with them to manage your ongoing care.
