Membership & Cost
Recent changes in healthcare have redefined what patients expect and deserve. As more people seek accessible, personalized care, concierge medicine has surged in popularity. This model prioritizes quality over quantity, offering a boutique healthcare experience where fewer patients mean more time, attention, and value-driven care. At KC Primary Care, this also includes same-day or next-day appointments, direct access to your physician, and proactive, relationship-based care centered around you.
Membership pricing is tailored to your needs. Visit our Membership Inquiry page to learn more or get a personalized quote.
Membership includes same-day and next-day visits, priority access to your care team, a comprehensive annual physical with biomarker testing, and coordinated specialist care when you need it.
KC Primary Care does not accept insurance. Exceptions are made for certain procedures and referrals — ask our team if you have a specific situation in mind.
Yes. We accept HSA/FSA, credit and debit cards, and ACH payments. Checks are not accepted.
Getting Care
Many people either lack a primary care physician altogether or feel disconnected from the one they have. In traditional practices, appointments often last just 8 to 15 minutes, barely enough time to discuss symptoms, let alone build trust. Concierge medicine focuses on creating meaningful, lasting relationships through longer visits, personalized attention, and truly accessible care. At KC Primary Care, you gain a healthcare partner who actually knows your history.
Yes. Virtual visits are available for established patients.
Each medication has its own regulations regarding how often an in-person visit is required versus a simple refill, and we'll let you know what applies to you during your visit. To refill a prescription, check whether it's already been pre-authorized and contact your pharmacy directly. If you're unsure, or if your medication requires re-authorization, contact our care team for assistance.
For any medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. KC Primary Care is a concierge primary care practice and is not equipped for emergency response.
Scheduling & Access
Active members typically have routine appointments scheduled in advance, and same-day or next-day visits are available for urgent needs. Many issues can also be resolved through a telehealth visit. If you're not yet a member, the first step is inquiring about membership.
You can reach your care team after hours by text message, email, or portal message. Any urgent situation should always be a phone call — text, email, and portal messages are not monitored outside of office hours.
If you're experiencing a medical emergency, phone 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
