Michelle keeps communication running smoothly across the team, making sure nothing falls through the cracks. She’s the connective hub between KC Primary Care and our sister practice, Leawood Total Wellness.
Billy leads the practice’s operations and technology, building the tools and systems that make the experience better for both patients and the care team. Outside the office, he stays active with volleyball, cycling, and runs with his dog, Henry.
Rachel is skilled at coordinating specialized care and performing venipuncture, with a natural gift for putting patients at ease from the moment they walk in. Ask anyone on the team — she’s also an expert gift-giver.
Nicole supports patients through visits, labs, and follow-up care, helping keep each appointment unhurried and on track.
